By accessing or using the ZTAgent app, website, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

ZTAgent provides tools for auto shop management, including inventory management, job scheduling, invoicing, and more. The services are provided "as is" and are subject to changes or updates without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

a. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account by providing personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

b. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If we terminate your account, you will no longer have access to your data or the services.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Some of our services require payment. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the services for illegal purposes
Distributing harmful software such as viruses, worms, or malware
Interfering with the operation of our services
Accessing or attempting to access non-public areas of our service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZTAgent and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
